Kenneth Reed's BIO

Kenneth is the author of the book entitled ...Which Strengthens Me, Founder of Fit For Life Personal Training Fitness Center, and Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach.

He has created fitness programs such as The Fit For Life Transformation™ Program and … The ½ Hour Power Workout™.

He has participated in leading the warm up exercises for the Arthritis Foundation’s “Jingle Bell Run Program” and performed demonstrations at Baltimore’s Artscape.

He is a motivator and leader in the field of Health & Fitness. Kenneth has been in the fitness field for over a decade now and loves what he does. Fitness is his ministry while he truly enjoys training and coaching clients to reach their goals and build the physical temple. He is dedicated to help "Baby Boomers" discover the hidden youth inside of them.

Kenneth gave his life to Jesus Christ completely after drugs, street life, jail and worldly possessions left him seeking peace, purpose and meaning for life. He has worked with clients as old as 79 years of age and as young as 8 years of age, but he Specializes in "Baby Boomer Fitness Training" and that's because he's a Baby Boomer himself and knows what they want and like.

He has trained and coached students at several Private Christian Based schools. Kenneth also ministers to troubled youth through one on one training sessions. Kenneth is also dedicated to helping people achieve freedom from drugs and alcohol through the power of Jesus Christ.

He seeks to live his life and base his ministry on Philippians 4:13 - I Can Do All Things Through Christ ...Which Strengthens Me
