Write down your answers to all the questions asked below. Keep it near your bed and read it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

1. Do you want to change your body, mind and spirit?

2. Why do you want to change? Name at least 4 reasons why?

3. Visualize your goal, how do you want to look and feel?

4. How are you going to achieve the changes you want in the next three to six months?

5. Are you willing to stay committed and focused?

6. Set your goals with a deadline. What is the deadline date?

7. Have you progressed in your fitness program today?

8. What did you discuss with your coach, trainer or workout partner today?

9. What obstacles may keep you from achieving your goals?

10. How are you going to break through those obstacles?

11. Talk about your goals to family members, friends and co- workers that will encourage you to fulfill your goals. What has been their input?

12. Finally, pray and meditate on your goals and progress everyday. Pray before you workout and never give up. Some days will be hard but never give up. You will never lose if you never give up.
